Bennett Hall was the first of a pair of major renovations SES was contracted to perform for The University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC).

Bennett Hall is made up of clinical space, offices and conference rooms. The building was completely renovated which required a new telecommunications system, power lighting and a highbred heat pump system. The heat pump system combines heat rejection to a fluid cooler and a campus chilled water system which allows the Owner to use either form of rejection or a combination of the two to control energy usage. SES also performed life cycle cost analysis in conjunction with the UNMC Engineering Department.
