SES provided building systems programming and advanced programming under Nebraska University’s four-year professional services contract for a new residence hall located on the University of Nebraska – Lincoln’s East campus. SES worked with UNL Housing to design building systems that represented the University’s standards while keeping in mind the environment, comfort, and control for the residents. SES took the design through 50% design-development and created MEP bridging documents so the project could be further designed and delivered by a select design-build team.

The 147,000SF building has 374 beds in apartment-style and traditional residence hall rooms. SES worked in collaboration with The University of Nebraska – Lincoln Housing Department as well as BVH Architecture.
