UCHealth Green Valley Ranch Medical Office Building

Remedy Healthcare Properties and UCHealth partnered to develop a 12,000 SF medical clinic to serve the expanding Green Valley Ranch community in Denver. The facility includes urgent care, primary care, physical therapy, and limited radiology services to support general outpatient needs.

Specialized Engineering Solutions (SES) provided full Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) design services for both the core/shell and tenant improvement (TI) phases of the project. SES collaborated closely with the owner, tenant, Davis Partnership Architects, and Howell Construction to deliver a fully integrated design that supports operational efficiency and patient comfort.

Extensive coordination with the City of Denver’s Planning and Energy Conservation departments was required to meet regulatory and energy performance standards. The result is a modern healthcare facility that aligns with UCHealth’s goals for accessibility, functionality, and long-term flexibility in a high-growth market.

This new medical office building was also awarded Healthcare Real Estate Insight’s (HREI) Award for the Best New Medical Office Building Under 25,000 square feet. SES is proud to have been a part of this effort for innovation and design supporting Remedy, UCHealth, and the Denver community.
