Novant Health Matthew’s Medical Center

SES provided commissioning services to the Matthews Campus $90-Million, 4-Floor Renovation project which all addition and renovation spaces, and recommissioning of the entire Central Plant including the Chiller Plant, Boiler Plant, and associated equipment. SES developed a commissioning plan and engaged in site observations, controls coordination, functional testing, and seasonal testing trend review to validate system performance. Design reviews began at the Design Development stage enabling our team to provide recommendations for corrective action that may be required to meet the Owner’s standards and code requirements.
