SES performed commissioning services for this new 170,000 SF, $45M facility designed as a state of the art, comprehensive community cancer center with imaging areas, infusion treatment rooms, and exam rooms, as well as a full kitchen and onsite pharmacy. The commissioning scope of work included design reviews, construction observations, functional performance testing, and ongoing operations to support post occupancy for this project.
Key systems commissioned include HVAC and mechanical systems, building management system, emergency power, fire alarm, and lighting control systems. SES worked with the contractor to integrate milestones into the overall schedule. And, through reviews we were able to identify several issues that were addressed and solved prior to project completion.
The SES Team helped address and resolve several of the issues discovered during our review and testing and worked with the project team to develop operational and functional solutions.
