Project Spotlight

“Courage is not the absence of fear, but rather the judgment that something else is more important than fear.” – Ambrose Redmoon

Levine Cancer Institute

In December 2016, the Levine Cancer Institute broke ground on a seven-story, 260,000 SF building. The Outpatient Center is part of Carolinas HealthCare System $150 million expansion plan. The project will also include a $20 million renovation of 32 patient rooms at Carolinas Medical Center for the Bone Marrow Transplant Program and for patients with other serious blood-borne cancers. The overall goal with the investment of such a large expansion is to create an enterprise-wide network for care across the Charlotte HealthCare System’s footprint. SES (CAVEO|SES) is proud to be the MEP design partner for this project.
