As Chief Operating Officer at SES, Kris provides strategic and operational leadership across all offices, ensuring that project delivery aligns with the firm’s long-term goals and client expectations.  As an Associate Principal and Chief Electrical Engineer, he oversees multiple teams, manages resource allocation, and drives process improvements to support efficient, high-quality engineering solutions. Kris balances firm-wide responsibilities with hands-on project oversight, maintaining a strong presence in both internal operations and external client engagement.

His project portfolio spans healthcare, education, science + technology, and commercial sectors and he actively pursues continuing education, regularly attending seminars on energy management and code compliance to support sustainable, energy-efficient design practices.  Kris is especially proficient in the design of power and lighting systems, with expertise in fire alarm and medical specialty systems. His ability to coordinate across teams, manage multiple priorities, and maintain technical precision reinforces his role as a key operational leader within SES.
