Our customized, client-focused approach to commissioning delivers an added-value service to the Owner that verifies the functionality of designed and built systems for buildings, industrial and infrastructure projects. At SES, commissioning is an integral part of our overall approach on projects. Through our commissioning process, we review multiple energy conservation measures of the building’s systems including mechanical/ HVAC, electrical/lighting, controls, water management and building envelope. 

SES is proficient in applying the requirements of the American Society of Healthcare Engineers (ASHE) Guideline on Healthcare Commissioning, ASHRAE Guideline 0, NEBB Standards, and ACG Standards providing a broad knowledge base for a wide variety of projects. Our Commissioning Agents (CxA) will verify building compliance and performance objectives from the pre-design phase through the warranty phase.
